   Regarding the GuardQuest watchman clock iButtons: They are metal, with a computer chip inside.  The moment the reader touches it, it gets zapped and returns a code to the reader.  The code, like everything else, has a name that you put in the software.  So instead of seeing 1001001001010101010 (or 85457657984), you will see "ADMIN OFFICE"  or "East Entrance" or "OFFICER # ONE"
