My ProxiPen will not download - and how to fix it.
 

If the pen is in boot mode if and/or it needs to be synched with the PC, and it will not download

1.) Start the TGP Program
2.) On the right hand side of the main window, there is 3 radio buttons on the right hand side. Makes sure “ProxiPen” is selected
3.) Click on “Configuration” on the left hand side. (another window will pop up)

4.) Bottom left hand corner of the new window click on “Set to PC/DATE and time”

After all these steps have been completed the RED STOP SIGN on the right hand side of the configuration window WILL turn to a GREEN CHECK MARK. (When the Green check mark is showing you should be good and in working order.)
